2018 Annual Meeting Travel Grant Program
Eight travel grants will be awarded this year to residents/students who meet the following criteria:
Travel grant awardees will be selected by a scoring process that includes an assessment of need and merit through abstract submission and an applicant statement. Each travel grant will cover the cost of student/resident registration at the Annual Meeting and provide $250 to offset the costs of travel and lodging expenses.
Application and Notification Process
The deadline for submitting the completed application is July 31, 2018, at 11:59 PM PT.
Applicants will be notified by August 31, 2018, whether they have received a grant. This will allow ample time for all applicants to take advantage of the early-bird registration discount.
All applicants, regardless of award status, will be invited to participate in a Travel Grant post-program online survey following the AAHCM Annual Meeting.
